Dr Lo is an exceptional doctor. I’ve gone to many optometrists in my lifetime and she’s been the most professional, welcoming, caring and the list goes on. She is an expert in her field and it was very relieving feeling that straight off the bat.

They are amazing! From customer service to the detailed questions as to not miss anything my son’s eyesight needs. I love the call and text with reminders of appointments. Every year we come back to them.

I had a great first time experience! I was greeted and checked in right away! The tech was very patient with me since I have such sensitive eyes to the technology! 😅 Didn't wait long before the Dr entered in. He was wonderful and patient as well through the whole process! Customer service is a 10 out of 10 from beginning to end. Patience with me as I was indecisive about things and was able to adjust my current pair of glasses while I wait for my new ones to come in. Oh, also assisted with price comparison for insurance vs out of pocket. Highly recommend TSO Katy!
